ROBUST STEAKHOUSE CHEESEBALL
MAKES 1 BALL
oz cream cheese, softened 8
2 TBS mayonnaise
1 cup freshly grated sharp cheddar
cheese
2 heaping TBS green onion, sliced
2 heaping TBS bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 TBS lemon juice, freshly squeezed

2/3 cup pecans, finely chopped
Place the prepared pecans on a plate and distribute evenly.
In a large bowl add cream cheese, mayonnaise, sharp cheddar cheese, green onion,
bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice & cheeseball seasoning packet. Mash
ingredients together using a rubber spatula. Scrape the sides of the bowl gathering
the mixture into one lump. Using your hands, form the mixture into a round ball. Place
the cheeseball on the plate of pecans. Using clean hands, gently roll the cheeseball
- around in the pecans coating it completely. Wrap cheeseball in cling wrap and refrig
erate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
