Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and shipped either UPS or USPS. Carrier times vary and are in addition to processing time. We do our best to ship orders same business day if received prior to 2pm ET if time allows. Pre-Orders will ship in the order they were received as soon as the merchandise arrives. Please contact us with delivery time frame estimates prior to placing your order as pre-orders are final sale because we will order additional quantities based on these pre-paid pre-orders. You will be charged at the time of checkout.
RETURN POLICY: All Returns must be unused, unopened and unworn merchandise. Returns of full price merchandise made with a sales receipt within 7 business days are eligible for a full refund in the form of the original payment. Sale items can be returned for store credit only. Paint, liquid clear coats, dated items, daily deals, BOGO sale items and food are FINAL SALE.
Shipping charges and workshops fees are non-refundable.
Online order cancellations must be given in writing within 24 hours of order placement.
