Shipping is available for most items and costs a maximum of a $15 Flat Rate within the continental US whether you buy one or 100! We have low flat rates available for AK, HI and Canada too! If shipping ends up being less than the flat rate charge we will refund you the difference and if it's more we eat it!
FREE In-Store and Curbside Pickup is available on ALL items. Please indicate which location in the comments section at check out and call the store to make sure it's ready before you come if you haven't heard from us that it's ready.
If you are located within our triangle of stores in Ohio and your order is $50 or more, we also offer free contact-less porch delivery. Please be sure your cell phone number is included when you place your order because we will text you a photo of your package on your porch as proof of delivery :)
We ship products via UPS or USPS--whichever is a better rate, normally within 1-2 business days although we do our best to ship same day if it's Monday-Friday. Ground delivery takes an additional 1-5 business days, depending on distance.
Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
All Returns must be unused, unopened and unworn merchandise. Returns made with a sales receipt within 7 business days are eligible for a full refund in the form of the original payment. All other returns must be made with a sales receipt or found under the original purchaser in our POS and are for store credit or exchange only. Clearance items with a .99 sale ending can only be returned for store credit. Paint and liquid clear coats are FINAL SALE. Shipping charges and workshops fees are non-refundable. Purchases made at our pop up events can exchanged at any of our permanent store locations or returned for store credit only and must be accompanied by the receipt. Fleuri's Deals, grab bags, pre-orders, face masks/coverings, and special orders are Final Sale. Online order cancellations must be given in writing within 24 hours of order placement.
All class fees are non-refundable. If unforeseen circumstances prohibit you from attending the registered class, you must call us ahead of time in order to be eligible to transfer your slot to another class date. This is good for one time only for the period of one-year from the date of the original class and you must register for the new class slot ahead of time to be able to attend that session.
