Purchase Agreement Terms

RETURN POLICY: All Returns must be unused, unopened and unworn merchandise. Returns of full price merchandise made with a sales receipt within 7 business days are eligible for a full refund in the form of the original payment. Sale items can be returned for store credit only. Paint, liquid clear coats, dated items, daily deals, BOGO sale items and food are FINAL SALE.
Shipping charges and workshops fees are non-refundable. Purchases made at our pop up events can exchanged at any of our permanent store locations or returned for store credit only. Online order cancellations must be given in writing within 24 hours of order placement and before the order has shipped.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable even when you cancel the order because we are charged a fee by the credit card processing company to process the order and again when we refund the items in the order and as a small business we cannot absorb those costs. Unfortunately we have been receiving an high number of suspicious orders that are cancelled almost immediately after being placed and the burden has become more than we can continue to bare.
